Provision of Electrical Services

By engaging with New Beginning Electrical LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. New Beginning Electrical LLC provides electrical services including inspections, repairs, panel upgrades, lighting installation, and wiring work. The exact scope and deliverables are defined in the estimate, proposal, or service agreement accepted by the client.

Scheduling and Completion

While New Beginning Electrical LLC works to meet agreed schedules, project timing may vary based on site conditions, permit requirements, inspection availability, weather impacts, and timely client access to the property. Estimated completion dates are targets and may be adjusted when conditions materially change.

Payment Terms

All service fees are outlined in your estimate or service agreement. Deposits, progress payments, and final balances may be required depending on the size and complexity of the project. Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of scheduling, delayed delivery, or additional charges as permitted by law.

Legal Disclaimers and Liabilities

New Beginning Electrical LLC operates as an independent service contractor. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the value of services provided under the applicable agreement. Clients remain responsible for accurate project information, property access, and compliance obligations not expressly included in the agreed scope of work.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate services by written notice according to the applicable agreement terms. Upon termination, New Beginning Electrical LLC will invoice for work performed, materials ordered, and approved costs incurred up to the termination date.
